CONSIDER THIS... He Humbled you and allowed you to hunger (Deuteronomy 8:3)

It is a good place to reach when you REMEMBER The Lord. He just wants to be remembered after all He made you in the first place.

The greatest place to get to is one of trust and one of knowing that ALL things work for the good of those that love Him.

But consider this, everything that has happened to you and that He has been permitted in your life has been ALLOWED to show you how you cannot rely on your own sense of righteousness. Now the test of this is wether you can reach a place where you acknowledge this. Even THE LACK in your lives a loving God has allowed so that you don’t get ahead of yourselves.

We humble ourselves and in He lifts us IN HIS TIME. Yet we always want to EXALT OURSELVES.

The cheif victory in your lives will be won when you recognise that God has allowed everything in your lives, good and bad, to show you that you cannot advance in your own strength. others will not join you because it makes sense but because YOU ARE IN OBEDIENCE TO MY VOICE.

End this year in Praise for who I am not what you can do or have done.

Turn it ALL around thank me for what you have and that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME.

So how does this work. Well don’t focus on what you don’t have but that I have showed you where you are at...at this time and that it is somewhere worth thanking and praising for. It is this that will change your attitude.

Takes your eyes off yourselves and put them on me more than you have done, but in the areas of pain and lack in your lives. I want to inhabit you!!!

Consider This... There Is A Wall Between Us.

CONSIDER THIS... There is a WALL BETWEEN US.
“The voice of my beloved behold he cometh leaping UPON THE MOUNTAIN" (Song of Songs 2:8)... "my beloved is like a roe or a young hart behold HE STANDS BEHIND OUR WALL."

When we are a child we protect ourselves from hurt. However the very thing that is used in this way CAN BECOME A PRISON. When we try to turn to the Lord we find it hard in the long term to have the kind of un-hindered and free communication that He wants for us.

CONSIDER THIS...
"We have many more things to say and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing" (Hebrews 5:11)

We are spoilt for teaching and meetings in the western church. We go from place to place according to the preacher and style that we prefer.  We even become cynical when we say... "I have heard it and it sounds great but I still hurt". Our worship has become routine and frantic, but our problems become worse.

CONSIDER THIS...
‘Therefore behold I will hedge up thy way with thorns AND MAKE A WALL, that she shall not find her paths... then she shall say... I WILL GO AND RETURN TO MY FIRST HUSBAND  (Hosea 2:6)

So WHERE IS THE HOPE. The hope lies in being honest.

Turn to Him let Him love you. Let Him heal you. Let Him renew you. LET HIM BE YOUR FIRST LOVE AGAIN. (Revelation 2:4)

Be honest... acknowledge that He allows us to be in this position. His LOVE disciplines us. THERE IS HOPE but it is right in the middle of what seems to be a mess. (Hosea 2:15)

THE ENEMY SAYS ITS ALL OVER BUT GOD SAYS... YOU ARE JUST BEING PREPARED.

I am pleased with your diligence and your courage and you have stood when many fell.  But I want to begin to show you the things that I prepared for you to do before everything... YOU ARE MY WORKMANSHIP. It is time to GO UP TO THE MOUNTAIN and bring wood TO BUILD.Hag.1:8
So that you can do the most for the kingdom and not be exhausted by all that effort which takes its toll on you physically.

I don’t make it difficult for you and talk in riddles so you are condemned and say...how are we not considering. Hebrews 12:18-22 shows you. You have come to HOPE, not FEAR... COME TO ME AND BE HEALED... BE FREE... BE HAPPY... BE EXCITED... BE RENEWED.

So consider how you come to fear or bondage.  Don't examine your navel.  IT IS THE KINDNESS OF GOD THAT LEADS TO CHANGE... I am sick of empty words and well meaning intention... It is a broken and contrite heart that I look for.

So GO TO THE MOUNTAIN... allow me to renew you.
Consider this... FOCUS ON ME LOVING YOU... TURN TO ME... because trust me I WILL RENEW YOU and everyone will see it... the world will be drawn to me says the Lord ‘every eye will look upon the one they afflicted" Revelation 1:7.  We live in times of legion!! (see Mark 5:3)

Let me light the fire again.

A Word For The Body Of Christ In Bath

Wake up call.

NOW is the time. A defining moment is here. The Trumpet calls.

We must say in ourselves… I will arise and go to my Father... HOW MANY HIRED SERVANTS OF MY FATHER HAVE BREAD ENOUGH TO EAT AND TO SPARE AND I PERISH WITH HUNGER (Luke 15:18)

But you say... I will begin when I am healed... I will change when I feel better... Consider the situation... Listen to what comes out of your mouth... Listen to what is in your heart.

You say... Is it possible... how can a leopard change it’s spots how can man enter his mother’s womb and start again. Listen to the words of Jesus... do what He suggests... Be honest.

You have done so much in your own strength and have achieved too little. TURN TO ME I will cause you to be birthed again by my Spirit.

For too long have  you been afraid... It is not a question of doing great things in the nation it is just SMALL BEGINNINGS THAT I LOOK FOR. I know how weak you feel.

I begin where you end… yet the enemy tries to convince you that it is all over when you fail. That's a lie. Start by fighting that voice in your life.

ALL I LOOK FOR IS AN ATTEMPT TO SEEK ME. JUST THE BEGINNINGS OF CHANGE… but it is in your weakness... in your valley... in your pain.

TAKE MY HAND TODAY... WE’RE GONNA GET THROUGH THIS.

FROM WHERE WE ARE, WHEN IT HURTS, TO WHERE HE IS.

When you enter the camp of the enemy, the reality of what once was a line in a song, hits.  Elijah was discouraged, understandably so, for he had challenged the enemy in the land and was on the back foot pursued by Jezebel.  So it has also been for us.  HOWEVER... God challenged him. 1 Kings 19:9 God asked Elijah what he was doing there in the cave feeling defeated.  Wasn’t obvious.

In John 11. the story of lazarus sees Mary overwhelmed by grief and disappointment.verse 31.  She stayed at home.  A normal reaction.

People have gathered around you and tried to offer comfort but some of them have only sought to control you and their motivation is their own promotion.  We are living in times where we must move from our own comfort to where he is.  Because He is a God of the impossible.

The key for Elijah in the cave and Mary at home was the rhema word of God coming directly to them. WAIT FOR HIS WORD TO COME.

Nobody is saying that its not a process....of Gods kindness, but there comes a time when we must be aware that there is an enemy that doesn’t want us to be healed and free.

So how does this work..you say.

THE KINDNESS OF GOD LEADS TO CHANGE.

If you are in that place...step out, through praise.  Don't let the enemy steal from you any longer.

Sowing Time

We are living in time of great revelation. But it is hard. In fact it even hurts.

You are like a garden to me that has been hidden. I come to my garden to see what fruit is on the trees.  In your worship and praises you build a platform and a throne for me to come.
When you move into a new house often the sol in the garden is hard. Perhaps building work around the property has made the ground tough. Perhaps the builders themselves have compacted the ground as they have worked.

May I make a suggestion... you are a work in progress. What will be has not yet been fully formed.  This is a crucial time in your growth don’t let anyone burden you again.

REMEMBER THE LORD. When all seems so hard and bitterness tries to overshadow.

REMEMBER THE LORD!!

In Mark 4, Jesus talked of the word of God being as a seed. Some fell on stony ground and the sun came up and there was no real root for the seed and some fell among thorns and was choked but some fell on GOOD SOIL... Let Him find the good soil.  Don’t despair because the ground seems stony, beneath it is good soil.

In Bath, dig a bit deeper THERE IS GOOD SOIL.

In your own hearts abandon bitterness and REMEMBER THE LORD

But how do I dig deeper... well do the thing that you are anointed for. If it has God’s approval it will MOVE MOUNTAINS.

Wood For Trees

When I can’t see wood for trees,
And the way is overcast and drear,
No light to clearly see the way,
The winding path, whilst there, creates a fear,
Where are You Lord, where are You?

‘My child, why do you fear the way I lead?
Though overcast and drear it seems,
Do you not know I lead the way,
And I will safely keep your steps, until you know
With certain hope that I am with you.

So, speak Lord, in the quiet glade,
Where leaves cast dancing shadows bright ,
And speak, Lord in the darker place,
When light is dim and uncertain steps are all my sight,
Speak, Lord, speak Your word to me.

‘Take time, my child, and learn of Me,
Allow yourself in this quiet space,
Although uncertain seems the way
Seek my face in the stillness of this quiet place,
For there I’m found .. be found of me.’

And at your voice the way ahead grows light,
And wider, safer, clearer seems the path,
A new perspective of your love I grasp,
That in the drear, the overcast, yet You are there
And it is Your heart that leads me through..

Time To Sow

We are living in times of great revelation.  God’s spirit is raining upon us.

However the enemy is a good liar and seeks to deceive.  He roams around as a lion looking for those that he can devour.  It is good to be wise but not overly fearful.

For many years you have been faithful and ploughed in ground that was hard.  I called a famine and a drought upon the ground.  But now I cause it to rain.

The rain of my Spirit causes you to praise and worship.  I show you things that have been hidden for so long.  I exhort you to listen and record what comes to you.  It is GOLD.

The enemy lies to you and tries to squeeze you and put you on the defensive.  However this is the time to sow.  To plant your dreams.  Sow your prayers.  Listen to what is said and bring it as petitions to me.  Sow your time and your resources.  At a time when the enemy tells you that you don’t have much... reject that LIE... because you are rich.  You are rich IN HIM.  Your faith is as gold and has been refined in an intense fire recently.

Gideon hid what little he had (Judges 6) and after receiving angelic revelation he was convicted to give even that.  The bible encourages you to give yourself as a living sacrifice (Romans 12).

Shall we trust him?. Well he does have a lovely smile...

All Is Stripped Away

Work within God’s plan at this time.  Are you feeling constrained... restricted... cut back.  You must react with a thankful heart.  Does it seem unfair... does it look like everyone else is free and your not.  GOD KNOWS WHAT IT COSTS YOU TO STAY ABOVE WATER AT THE MOMENT.

When the Jews were in the wilderness all they could see everyday was desert,  all they could feel was thirst.  But God was TESTING them to see if they would follow Him.  GOD IS ALLOWING THIS TO SEE WHATS IN YOUR HEART.  They had a choice... moan and get bitter and WANDER or SUBMIT and remember The Lord.

If He marked our iniquities who would stand...we all like sheep have gone astray.  God disciplines those He loves... He saves us from ourselves.

The Cannon of Scripture

Come in the opposite spirit.  The enemy is trying to cause you to be bitter and stay in that offence.  Praise is a powerful weapon.

This is a season of preparation if you are pruned it is to bear more fruit.  If all is stripped away it is because He Has an eye and a hand upon you for greater things.  But remember that HE IS YOUR REWARD.  His approval His affirmation.

There is so much more so... IF HE IS SAYING GO FORWARD THERE IS A REASON.

LET HIM HEAL YOU.

God Disciplines Those That He Loves

It is time to SUBMIT to the process. We humble ourselves and He lifts us up when He is ready.  Be careful of trying to make things happen.

There is a very clear distinction coming between things done in the spirit and things done in the flesh.  In the past there was more room and grace for our pain. There is always GRACE and patience but now God is declaring that we just need to trust Him and not question so severely.

The route to healing is by moving forward. To the man born blind he had no real point of reference, other than to trust the voice of Him who called him forth.

Work thankfully with whatever you have in your life at present. Be on the alert at the same time. THE ENEMY ROAMS AROUND LOOKING FOR THOSE THAT HE CAN DEVOUR... but do not be afraid... God is one step ahead... ONE HUNDRED STEPS AHEAD.

Even if you cannot see a way ahead LISTEN TO HIS VOICE. YOU WILL HEAR A VOICE BEHIND YOU SAYING... THIS IS THE WAY.

If you allow Him He will open the eyes of your heart fully. In time you will stand up tall and breath... saying... WHAT EXCITING THING WILL WE DO TODAY LORD... WHO CAN I BLESS.

He has heard your deepest cries from the deep. He will BREAK the pattern!!!

Beware of RELATIVISM

We live in times where everyone’s individual experience is valid and relevant. This is not a bad thing when we measure our experience by the ONE TRUE STANDARD.

It is time to be armed with NOTHING BUT THE CROSS. Paul claimed to come in fear and trembling because he had no worldly wisdom with which to help people. The worlds wisdom is not enough.

Be careful in these days not to be carried away by your own emotions and feelings no matter how strong.  God made us to experience and to feel but THERE IS A WAY. A standard by which all else is measured. In Genesis, chapter 4, Abel and Cain brought to God offerings from their own understanding. Abel seemed to comprehend that God would only recognise the sacrificial system that God had already established. Cain was like we can be. The elder brother in Luke 15 had stayed in the field and resented what God had embraced in his brother’s return. Be careful not to despise what God choses to do besides you. We like to think that we must be included in all that God does. BUT HE IS GOD.

Do not continue to struggle in silence and make the mistake that it is ‘spiritual’ to suffer. As He passes by throw yourselves upon His mercy. HE IS MOVING AND THERE IS A REASON THAT HE IS ASKING YOU TO MOVE WITH HIM.

Many of us have had an intellectual understanding of God, very often based merely on what someone else has told us. THOSE WHO KNOW THEIR GOD WILL DO EXPLOITS. There is ADVENTURE BEFORE YOU.

 "So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot,

I will vomit you out of My mouth."

Prophetic Design

Noah's Ark... When it was built, the world must have thought, "WHAT IS THAT???" (that's the polite version)

Constructed inland?, to massive dimensions? Why? What for? it would have seemed an insane venture.
However, when the environment, SUDDENLY changed, the ark's design and purpose, SUDDENLY, made sense! Those that mocked and scoffed at what God had required of Noah, laughed no more!

Individually and corporately, we can sometimes wonder, what on earth we are meant to be, in this life?

We don't fit in, we don't seem to function in the place we stand. Others may not know what to do with you? We are of course looking for that city to come, but while we are here, it can be frustrating if we are not positioned where our talents, gifts and heart-call need to be.

Take heart, The Lord is clear with His friends! "Shall we not tell Abram, what we are about to do?"
If He hasn't yet shown you why HE is reforming you in Jesus Christ, the way He is currently choosing to, He will do soon.

Do you feel like a fish out of water? Well let God sanctify and change you from glory to glory (for His glory). Don't misinterpret, what is actually training!

His design for you, right now, might make you feel unusable, quirky, grounded all the time - like Noah's Ark?

At some point, if we are faithful in the small things, God will bring about the specific environment we were made for!

A boat is designed for the water; a space shuttle is designed for journeying beyond earth's atmosphere; a motor car for driving on roads. However a boat on dry land and a car in the sea... awkward !!! ha ha.

We all, as PART, of the body of Christ, have a bespoke arena that we are called to. Receive God's training with Thankfulness and Joy! Then, when God places us into a different scenario, like the ark, what God designed us to be, will make sense !

There are "prototype people" and ministries, who are being trained and formed for "landscapes", (social, spiritual and physical), that no one has ever seen yet... like the sudden world flood in Noah's day. It is, therefore, understandable that they feel like a square peg in a round hole. Again, take heart... what you were born for is, like a change in weather or terrain, about to introduce itself, IF you obey The Lord in everything; then you will be who He, say's you are.

Ask God for further revelation about His plans for you and others; that will also help us be patient and  bear with others, when we see them as God intends.

Jesus Challenged Us

“what do you mean that you want it all, we haven’t got enough for ourselves’

Abandon it all to gain it all. Jesus challenged us.  His words were SHARP.  He said... ’he that loveth his life shall lose it: and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto eternity’. John 12:25.
He gave it all to gain it ALL.

He is ASKING YOU FOR A DRINK John 4:7... Think about that... When you are so thirsty. When it's so oppressive in the heat of the day. Do you think it’s because God has a need... He is the God of the universe. The CREATOR of ALL THINGS. I think it;s just an ICE BREAKER in your conversation with Him... He wants to chat He wants to Heal!!!

Give Him from what is important to you, it shows how much you really love Him.

He responds to sacrifice.  He is not looking for lots of material things, but your HEART...  Your best.

Gideon was hiding what little he did have and one chat with the creator caused him to give up even what he did have. Elisha was ploughing and he gave up all to follow Elijah.

Be careful not to be cynical. Don’t say... ‘but I have heard it all’. Don’t be like the elder brother and despise what God wants to do. You will get as much as you dare. BE A CHEERFUL GIVER.

IF GOD IS SAYING GO FORWARD WHEN WE ARE ASKING QUESTIONS WE CAN ASSUME THAT HE IS RIGHT... HE IS ALWAYS RIGHT... HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING.

Now is a time not to protect what little you have but to abandon even that.

We are living in days when obedience is the route to the healing that we have longed for.

‘Whatsoever ‘ by Lynne Hamilton

I have learned that the best way to overcome a bad habit is to replace it with a good one. If we simply attempt to give up a negative without applying a positive we leave a void into which other negatives will be attracted, to our detriment.

This year at Forerunners our specific mandate requires us to OVERCOME NEGATIVITY, DEVELOP IN HOPE. As per usual, every new year the thing God wants us to change in manifests itself stronger for the first few months, causing issues! I don’t worry about this because I realise that manifestation is necessary as part of the exiting process and it will tantrum before it leaves.

Personally, I am very interested in and drawn towards JOY, and living a joyous life which glorifies God. This is a grand desire but it has enemies – NEGATIVITY being the main culprit. Of course the Bible offers the answers to all of our human dilemmas, and PHILIPPIANS CH. 4 gives us vital keys to combat negativity. Ch. 4:4 says “Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say, REJOICE.” Easier said than done I reckon! If the rejoicing is to be truly authentic rather than phoney ‘hyperfaith’ theatrics, then we need to use scripture correctly and literally ‘talk our way out’ from under depressive, oppressive, despairing wet blankets which murder our hopes and dreams and cause us to rot away from the inside out.

NEGATIVITY is a killer and thwarts God’s purposes in our lives – it was the very thing which prevented the Israelites from being permitted to enter the Promised Land. In scripture the words NEGATIVITY AND UNBELIEF are used interchangeably when referring to the attitude and behavior of the Israelites. Very sad.

I want my Promised Land/Destiny! How about you? The battle is won or lost in the arena of the mind, so we must strengthen our mind and load it up with God’s principles so that there is simply no room left for demonic party-poopers. In the words of Billy Joel –‘This is MY life’!

Philippians Ch. 4:8 exhorts us ‘Finally, brethren, WHATSOEVER things are TRUE, whatsoever things are HONEST, whatsoever things are JUST, whatsoever things are PURE, whatsoever things are LOVELY, whatsoever things are of GOOD REPORT; if there be any VIRTUE, and if there be any PRAISE, think on these things.’ Quite a list! True, honest, just, pure, lovely, good report, virtue, praise.

Our mind-sets are the same as our heart – beliefs, and if the mouth speaks what the heart is full of, our belief system will be revealed through the words we choose to speak. Notice the word ‘CHOOSE’! In breaking a habit, CHOICE is involved. As we ‘think on’ the positive virtues listed in this passage, and choose to ONLY speak accordingly, our mental negatives will whither and die of starvation. We are empowered to change.

If our words are our enemy, we can spend up BIG investing them in one another. We have responsibility to steward our own lives and build into one another’s lives.  Could it start today? Habits are usually DAILY so a good DAILY exercise would be to think about someone we know and find a way to encourage something from the above list towards them, e.g. ‘If there be any VIRTUE’? Surely everyone has something worth commending? Praise overrules criticism.  The healthy result of this will be verse 7,”And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”. The onflow of this will be JOY, and we will reap what we have sown. So lets’ apply ourselves to the WHATSOEVERS and break the cycles of NEGATIVITY in the world around us. We know we can.

A word for All the Forerunners, in the UK

Is there no balm in Gilead, is there no physician there? WHY THEN IS NOT THE HEALTH OF THE DAUGHTER OF MY PEOPLE RECOVERED. (Jeremiah 8:22)

Come let us return to the Lord. He has broken us but He will heal us. Let us move on. Let us press on.

Why then do you sit in despair. Do you not know that there is so much more. So much more enjoyment of life. So much more PEACE.  But you must work with me. Work with my directions because the night is full of terror. The valley is too deep. Only I know the WAY. Only I can guide you through this.  IN ME you have peace.

It is time to take responsibility. That which you attribute to your enemy is not really but has more to do with your own pain. Time to finally admitt your need. Time to repent.

I am gentle and kind and you will find rest for your soul in this life and the next. I came to bring LIFE.

Your words cause turmoil. You live in the result of what you believe and say within yourselves. You build up and with your words you tear down. You do well to discern but you tolerate those who would see you destroyed. DON’T SAY ANYTHING whilst you are in the desert because I test you to see if you can handle the PROMISED LAND. Each of you has a promise. A life that I always intended. But will you pass the test and MOVE ON.

I am kind, patient and gentle and give grace to the HUMBLE. I meet you where you are at NOW,but DON’T CAMP HERE.

But you say... "we have done everything we know how to do...we have pursued you". So start there.  Begin by being BROKEN AND HUMBLE. Begin by taking responsibility. Begin by saying that you have tried your best and are still not healed. I GIVE GRACE TO THE HUMBLE.

It’s not theory; try for yourselves...
Try DEVELOPING HOPE AND OVERCOMING NEGATIVITY.

King Herod

The very first action of Barack Obama, when he first became president, was to repeal the "Mexico City Policy". It was a major statute restricting abortion in the USA. Not long after that, the week he visited Mexico City (April 2009), Swine flu originated and broke out, from this very city, spreading across the world.

On Friday 26th April 2013, President Obama became the first sitting President to give an address to Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is the USA's largest abortion provider. It's doctors kill over 300,000 unborn children every year. The President closed his remarks to this group with a rousing show of support for Planned Parenthood and for a mother's right to have her unborn child killed.

REMEMBER Me!!!!

Be careful to remember me.  I am the only one that can help you. I was the only one who could deliver Jonah. I made you great as an Empire, known throughout the world. I raised those who freed you from slavery. I raised up Wesley to bring you back to me.

In the wilderness Israel fell in idolatry. They made a calf and claimed that it had delivered them. To the prophet Hosea I showed my heart again. Because the nation didn’t recognise that I was the one who had helped them.

Before you react in anger... remember me.

I have longed to embrace you. I have loved you and waited patiently for you. I understand your hurt and see your pain. Yet you turn away and say..."no one understands";  "Why then is all this happening to me", you say.

If I don’t explain everything will you still love me. Will you trust me.

Yet this is more important. It is a crucial time. If I encourage you forward THERE IS A REASON. It is much simpler. NO ONE ELSE CAN HELP YOU. I am gentle and kind and I can help you. DO NOT SUFFER IN SILENCE.  If it hurts to put your hand in the fire then why do it.

Work with me. Allow me to do what I do best.  It is hard for you to struggle.

About Margret Thatcher... R.I.P.

Matthew 6:14-20*
“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

What ever your opinion of Margaret Thatcher as a politician and/or person, the current mood of vitriolic hatred that it being displayed in the media and from various groups and individuals in the UK, is disturbing. NOT a good thing!

It is understandable for those that suffered during the miners strike etc that unhealed wounds have been reopened; On one level, people must be allowed to express themselves; but there is a cultivating of hate and bitterness brewing, from various groups with various agendas, that will leave a worse legacy on the destiny of the UK, than a politician ever could.

For those that have celebrated (including riots in Bristol?) in the streets at news of her death recently... we all will be judged by God.

I grew up under her elected government. I have mixed personal opinions about her ideas, policies and effect on the nation. There were some important things she did that were good for the nation. As a politician, her 'yes' was yes! and her 'no' was no! She didn't compromise her convictions in relation to public opinion poles (rightly or wrongly in retrospect). We knew where we stood with her, because we knew where she stood.

Please pray that the U.K. culture does not adopt an UNFORGIVING spirit in relation to Margaret Thatcher. We are commanded in scripture to pray for our governments. Kindness is a fruit of the Spirit. (therefore Unkindness is not!)

Even if someone has a legitimate grievance against her and the cabinet of the day, we still MUST forgive!!! We also need to acknowledge and appreciate the things she did right! Conversely, we're praying that Pro-Thatcher individuals and groups do not "crow" in an insensitive manner, as they are apt to do.

We have prayed for this... especially for the day of her funeral on 17th April 2013. Considering the £10,000,000 of public funds, price tag for her funeral - We sense real trouble ahead.

However, God still requires us to forgive!

False Witness

Proverbs 6:16-19
“These six things the Lord hates, yes, seven are an abomination to Him: A proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that are swift in running to evil, A FALSE WITNESS WHO SPEAKS LIES, and one who sows discord among brethren.”

If we love God then we will love what He loves and hate what He hates. God is capable of hate, as we can see from the above scripture. He has feelings and I have grown to care about them. I also know that He cares deeply about how I feel.

Most of the New Testament addresses the way in which we, His children, treat one another. He cares deeply about this and Jesus made it very clear that His main desire is that we love one another. The church at large is presently sailing treacherous waters since we are in the very last days and the scriptures pertaining to them. The wheat and the tares are growing fast together.

Years ago I was impacted by the opening chapter of Rick Joyner’s book The Final Quest, which described a vision he had seen of the awful behavior of the saints towards each other, as they fell under the influence of the end time demonic hordes who drove them to extreme hateful antics. I remember thinking that this must break the Fathers’ heart. It does.

As an apostle I am burdened both by and for the church, and in recent times have been afflicted by many attacks of FALSE WITNESS which have been weapons formed against me. I am not writing this article in an attempt to defend myself – God will defend me – but rather to appeal to Christians who name the name of Jesus Christ yet are pro-active in broadcasting untruths about other Christians.

We are regularly warned from pulpits all over the world concerning the issue of GOSSIP, and so we should take heed. There is a difference between GOSSIP and FALSE WITNESS though, since it is possible to gossip the truth about people and things yet be violating a confidence and broadcasting things which should remain private and confidential. Just because we know something does not mean we have permission to inform others.

FALSE WITNESS however is lying about someone or something supposedly pertaining to them. It’s about broadcasting the wrong facts on purpose in order to discredit them by attacking their character or name. It can ruin a persons’ good reputation and is a gross evil, which is why God hates it. It can be fueled by jealously, envy, revenge or pure malice, or even by pharisaical religious zeal wanting to ‘fix’ someone, which is pure vindictiveness. It is a spirit of MALICE, which means ‘active ill-will!’ The devil is the ‘father of lies’ and those who insist on practicing FALSE WITNESS are in danger of becoming his children if they don’t arrest their tongues!

One of the ways this spirit has attacked me personally has been via assumption and presumptuous judgmentalism i.e. some people have presumed to know what they ‘think’ I believe, have been opposed to it and judged me by it and then broadcast it to anyone who would listen to their opinion of the supposed ‘error of my ways/ false doctrine’ etc. This results in me being misrepresented and lied about in and to the public arena, causing people to suspect and distrust me as a minister.

Of course I’m not the only minister victimized by this. Rick Joyner and others have whole websites dedicated to destroying them! I am not claiming to be on their level and I don’t have a persecution complex. My main concern is that the saints and other ministers should STOP practicing these behaviours – IF they love God that is?

How the devil loves it when the saints slander one another and fight on FACEBOOK and other electronic media! Especially if they name one another in a way that exposes them. This is disgusting and the PROPHET in me must WARN about it. Why? Because God’s children must walk in a manner worthy of our call. Apostles are burdened and in labour UNTIL Christ (not the enemy) is formed within the saints.

Something to consider – how do you know that what you are being told about someone is the truth? If it’s something negative and unsavory it should not be passed on even if it is true – we can pray for people if we believe them to be wrong. The scripture warns us not to ‘judge the servant of another’ (Romans 14:4,10)

It’s interesting to me that in Proverbs 6 it says that God hates the PERSON who speaks the lies! Wow! That’s serious! Personally I don’t wish to be hated by God. There are other places in scripture where God is said to hate the PERSON/PEOPLE. I am grateful for His grace and the time He gives to us to repent. Please guys – we live in a nasty world plagued with opinions and arguments, arrogance and criticism, fault – finding, mocking and ridicule, competition and bitterness. This should not be within the Bride of Christ, and one more point please- criticism is NOT ‘truth spoken in love’, as some use as an excuse. Love is KIND – can we be please be KIND TO GOD?

Is Anything Too Hard For The Lord

When my soul fainted within me Jonah 2:7.

It is good to recognise our complete poverty of Spirit and ability to improve our own lives. In the context of the story of Jonah, we can see that the hinge point of the process of his deliverance from his situation was that he finally came to the end of his own strength and ability.

It is like approaching the shore when at sea in a storm. Each of you is like a ship at sea. The storms of life come and you are tossed to and fro. Fear rises in you and even panic and the boat is totally un stable.

You have a choice even when it seems that you don’t. The choice is the same as that which faced Jonah. Will we continue to struggle and endanger the boat or calm down and humble ourselves. At this point Jonah REMEMBERED The Lord. This is purely a point of crisis. This is between you and Him.  It’s not about going to church or meetings, but it can be, it’s about recalling and crying out.

Even in the darkness He is with you. In Him there is no darkness. He will not put out a smouldering wick or bruised reed. He longs to embrace you.

Before you rock the boat any further REMEMBER HIM.

Are you sick of the tormenting thoughts. Are you wondering if you will ever find peace. He waits to hear what YOU have to say. It can be helpful what people advice but YOU need to know for yourself.  He is on your side. He wants to give you hope and joy.

Don’t SUFFER IN SILENCE. Your opinion matters. Job suffered immensely and God declared that He was right compared to the advice that he was given, but that He was wrong compared to who God is and what He can do.

IS ANYTHING TOO HARD FOR THE LORD

Come to the waters.

All who are thirsty come to the source of living water. Fall into the arms of the one who fore-ran.  His sacrifice satisfies the justice of a loving God. He alone paid the price.  He alone gave His life's blood. He alone breaks the burden. He alone is worthy.

We stand in His shadow. We hide under His wing. We climb up onto the rock by Him. He weathers the storm.

Tell Him what troubles you. He cares about what makes you worry. He won’t put out a flickering flame.

In a dry and thirsty land He alone is the origin of REST. O how we need REST. O how we pant for streams of living water.

So collapse into His arms. SPEND THE DAY IN HIS COURTS. Enter His gates with thanksgiving.

Melt water flows from that which was frozen. Winter persisted and pursued us but He alone gained honour and glory. He shed His blood which was the FINAL WORD. We went free and were not consumed.

Deep satisfaction and rest is what we crave for. He alone can help. His embrace is the answer.  He has melted us with His love. We  have caught His eye. He turns to look. YOU HAVE HIS ATTENTION.  This is no small thing because He is always moving forward. Like a flowing river.

DON’T SUFFER IN SILENCE.  He cares. Don’t base your theology on what you have been led to believe, He is like. He is above and beyond. He is the creator of ALL things and more than able to fulfil your hearts desires.

The flow pushes every lie and obstacle out of it’s. Nothing can dam up what is due to come to you from down stream. But HE ALONE moves forward, we must rest back

We are currently praying for musicians everywhere, as there is a resurgence in darker influences upon them, from the "industry". We are doing that here, whether they like it or not, we are praying that "they" whom have "sold their soul" for fame, will turn from their "deal" that they think they've made or about to make (which is a supernatural scam* by the way - The real "great rock & roll swindle".)

BORROWED    TIME GENTLEMEN, PLEASE...

Only GOD, knows what tomorrow will bring, because scripture says in Psalm 15:31
"My times are in Your hand..." In other words, our time/life on earth, is up to The Lord, not Satan.
No matter what, so called, "deal" or selling of their soul, people may have done with the devil, that liar is a defeated enemy of God; Defeated by Jesus Christ at Golgotha!!!

We are ALL but grass. Here today, gone tomorrow. The bible says man is deemed to die once and then face judgment at the Great White Throne, by Jesus Christ, Himself. (The Ancient Of Days)
Without accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour in this life, we will be cast out at the judgment.
By the way, Satan and his angels go first... into the Lake of Fire. Not a party, but eternal torment! The "deals" he makes "at the cross roads" with the fearful, naive and greedy, are just a spiteful attempt to take as many people with him as he can. People involved with occult powers, are so shortsighted, really! How does a deceived person, know they're deceived?

*Any contract with Satan is null and void anyway, as Jesus seized the keys to "death and hell" from him, when He arose from the dead! May they, instead, reach out to God, though Jesus Christ, and be saved. It is NOT too late. Even at the eleventh hour, The Lord is seeking them.

If this is annoying any readers by the way, GOOD, we'd rather we bugged you and you hopefully receive the truth, than stand before God and realise you'd been had. Take this or leave it, but we love you enough to tell you the truth.

The time is short... an imminent judgement from Almighty God, is coming upon some.

No matter how rich people think they are, they can't afford to enter eternity without Jesus Christ.

HERE is the clue you need.

Deep Relaxing Bath

God will take care of the rest.

Do not be anxious or afraid, only do what The Lord has instructed.

At least TRY.

These days are like those examples in the bible.  Gideon pulled down the blot on the landscape, which was the altar of Baal.  They would have destroyed him, but God was in charge. Moses was trapped at the red sea and Pharaoh would have destroyed them, but God was in charge.

GOD IS IN CHARGE.

There was a window of opportunity an open door, God made a way where there was no way.  They did what they could and God did what only He could.  We must at least try and do, what we believe The Lord is asking.

However there is no formula or ‘bargain’ to be made with God.  His greatest promise is that if we believe, we will enter His Rest...

We need Rest...   Deep satisfaction...   a DEEP RELAXING BATH.

It's a tough, but rewarding job... finding and digging for the hidden and valuable things, but someone's got to do it... can't keep recycling the "same old, same old" all the time. - It's all waiting for you, right there, in the Scriptures... Never Give Up!

Knock, knock... who's there?

Wanting to trust everyone is a loving and noble hope.
But do not neglect wisdom - not everyone is trustworthy!

In Matthew 10:16 Jesus said “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves."
Not that serpents are "wise", but know how people tick, they can be sly etc i.e. don't be naive  - BUT do stay innocent and true, in the midst of all this.
We mustn't get paranoid, suspicious or cynical. We so need "trust" in this fallen world!!!
Love always trusts, love always hopes, love always think the best. (see 1 Corinthians 13:4-7)
So regarding LOVE  therefore let's receive a "LOVE of the truth". (See 2 Thessalonians 2:10)

Jesus warned us that "deception" would be the main thing in the end times.
Test everything - as scripture says "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world." (1 John 4:1) and also "Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil." (1 Thessalonians 5:19-25)

The Lord, in His kindness, allows us to experience all sorts of environments, with "wolves" and "serpents" present. It's to grow us up!

"For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil." (Hebrews 5:13-14)

The Body of Jesus Christ needs a healthy immune system! The "milk" of God's word, like a mother's milk (literally) contains antibodies to build up a babies immune system. Let's get the basics right, but then we must also grow up.

The Lord, placing us in the world but not of it anymore, is like an inoculation against bigger dangers we may face. Mature discernment grows by knowing what the bible actually says and also recognising  The Holy Spirit, bringing to mind, the appropriate scripture. Jesus said He (The Spirit of Truth) will lead you in all truth!!!

Yes God DID really say... He had it all written down for us.
The bible is food for your spirit. Dig in! Like David in the wilderness, learn to "Strengthen yourself in The Lord"

This is NOT to curb your freedom in Jesus, but a loving word passed on from a loving Heavenly Father; who, like any parent, doesn't want His children, to naively get into some stranger's car; to be taken away to who knows where?

Know what you are saying 'amen'* to, before saying it. See Acts 17:11.

He wants to heal us

How I long to embrace you. Deep healing. You have done well with so little. You have a little strength and have resisted those who tried to control you. But let me heal you. Come in from the cold, you must be frozen. Your heart was broken and you finally collapsed. You grew physically but were frozen in your hurt. A spell was cast over you...who has bewitched you. You cannot earn my love but years of hard work and effort merely made you resentful.
But I heard your cries for help your song in the night your deep sighs. You cannot heal yourself.

Even young men grow weary and fall. So come let us reason together.  Reach for my hand.

I watched from the hills as you returned I saw the determination in your face. But I saw you stumble because you had so little light.

Let me embrace you and heal your fear. All your life you have been brave even thou you were so scared.

I alone know the plans I have for you. I have gone before you and made a way. No more will I let you stagger through life, gritting your teeth.

I have a role for you in this nation... but let me equip you!

Dig for victory - a word for all of us in Bath

There is a stream deep under the ground like those that feed Bath from the Mendips.  Boreholes go in deep into the hills around Bath to draw the stream in the same way dig deep folks.  A stream of praise and worship is waiting to get out.

LIFT UP YOUR EYES..(genesis 18:2) In time of war there is a famine, but the righteous live by faith.

The answers that you long for require you to reach a bit further.  It is time to grow.  The word is like a deep well and now we need to dig into it.  The river flowing from the temple in Revelations and Ezekiel got deeper until it was too deep to stand up in.  We have to SWIM.  No flesh will stand before the throne of God.  The spirit is flowing and we have to go with it, WHEREVER IT TAKES US.

When you where a child you waited to be led.  You waited to be told what to do.  You waited to be fed.  But as you grow the food is not as close to you. In fact you have to go and get it.  You may need to dig to get the plants for food.


But it is unfamiliar and you question wether it really is God.  We have known the same pattern for years. BUT GOD WILL BREAK THIS PATTERN....BECAUSE HE LOVES US AND SEES THAT WE ARE NOT HEALED.  It was the same in Jeremiah’s day.  They were not as far ahead as they thought.

He longs to embrace us, lets not miss this opportunity.
